You agree to use this Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations or infringes upon the rights of others.

2. Team Shop and Event-Based Sales

Many products offered on this Site are produced specifically for teams, schools, organizations, or special events. Orders may be subject to production windows and scheduled fulfillment timelines.

Because items are often custom printed or embroidered to order, production may begin shortly after the ordering window closes.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. 

Payment processing is handled by a secure third-party processor. C-Dubs Tees does not store or retain full credit card information on its servers.

4. Pricing and Product Information

Prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to ensure product descriptions and pricing are accurate but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of team and event apparel, all sales are generally final unless the item is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving an order to report defects or fulfillment errors.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines vary depending on production schedules and carrier performance. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events beyond our control.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and content displayed on this Site are the property of C-Dubs Tees or used with permission. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, C-Dubs Tees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.
